Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix the three ingredients together. Heat stirring frequently, until dissolved. Add to 3 cups of cooked sushi rice and mix gently and well. Ready to use to make your sushi balls or nori rolls.
