Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash lettuce well.
  2. Remove core from center of lettuce making it a bowl .
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend together mayonnaise, cream cheese, blue cheese, carrot, pepper, tomato, bacon, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix until well blended.
  5. Pack mixture firmly into the center of the lettuce bowl .
  6. Wrap lettuce in a clean, damp cloth.
  7. Chill 2 hours.
  8. When ready to serve, slice the lettuce crosswise so that each portion has the cheese center.
  9. Garnish with shredded radishes if desired.
