Ingredients:

  • 300 -400 g smoked fish fillet
  • 4 -5 onions
  • 3 -4 carrots

Directions:

  1. Cut the onion by semirings and fry on vegetable oil to the light brown color.
  2. Rub the carrot on the grater, add some salt, sprinkle with the lemon juice and stew to the readiness.
  3. Clean the fish and dismantle to the pieces.
  4. Cool the carrot and onion, mix it with the fish and fill by mayonnaise.
  5. If necessary add some salt.
  6. Lay out lettuce to the dish and decorate.
