Stuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in butter.
  2. Add onion and garlic.
  3. Add Cabbage, allspice, thyme.
  4. Add tomatoes, sauce, and broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer.
  6. Simmer 45 minutes.
  7. Half way through simmering, cook the rice.
