Directions:

  1. Saute mushrooms in butter; stir in seasoning mix and flour until smooth.
  2. Slowly stir in water. Add sliced roast and heat throughout, stirring frequently.
  3. Just before serving stir in sour cream and heat through.
  4. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
