Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
  2. Sprinkle mushrooms with flour.
  3. Add broth and cook one minute more.
  4. Add rest of ingredients; cook 3 minutes more, stirring.
