Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice strawberries. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup (or less) of sugar and let sit at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix all other ingredients and bake 15-20min in a 450 degree F oven or until brown.
  3. Serve while shortcake is warm. Top the cake with the strawberry mixture and Soyatoo Soy Whip or other whip cream.
