Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dressing: Combine first 5 ingredients and blend in a blender.
  2. Add oil and poppy seeds.
  3. Blend again.
  4. Salad: Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in large bowl.
  5. Add strawberries and Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Toss lightly.
  7. Add just enough dressing to coat and toss again.
