Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Buy 6 heart-shaped silicone molds.
  2. Rough chop clean strawberries, then place in a food processor or blender. Add sugar and process until smooth. Fill molds 1/2 with strawberry puree and freeze for several hours or until set.
  3. Spoon vanilla yogurt on top of frozen strawberry mixture. Freeze until completely frozen.
  4. Dip the molds in hot water for a few seconds to loosen hearts. Serve.
