  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of rectangular cake pan with shortening then lightly flour. In large bowl beat cake mix, margarita mix, oil, eggs and gelatin with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds then beat on medium speed for two minutes. Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes. Cool completely before frosting. To make frosting in large chilled bowl beat cream cheese and milk with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Beat in whipping cream and powdered sugar on high speed scraping bowl occasionally until soft peaks form. Spread frosting over cake and store in refrigerator. Right before serving garnish with fresh strawberries.
