Strammer Max - German Warm Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 oz bacon
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Toast and butter bread and spread with bacon and sliced tomato while heating a lightly oiled skillet.
  2. Fry the egg to desired doneness, season with pepper and top with grated swiss cheese.
  3. As soon as cheese has melted, transfer the fried egg on top of the sandwich, serve immediately.
  4. Enjoy!
