Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. TO MAKE THE VINAIGRETTE:
  2. In a blender, cmbine all ingredients for the vinaigrette and mix well.
  3. TO MAKE THE SALAD:
  4. First bake chicken with lemon pepper seasoning well done
  5. Combine spinach, 1/3 cup ONLY of vinaigrette, tomatoes, pecans and raisins in large mixing bowl. Toss until leaves are evenly coated with vinaigrette. Garnish with bleu cheese and olives.
  6. Finally place well done chicken breasts on a chopping block and slice length wise and then in half to bite sized pieces and drop on top of finished salad
  7. I havent taken a pic of this salad even though i always make it so no photo ill try to remember to take a picture next time and post it so smoke a bowl and chill and enjoy yalls new fav salad!
