Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup bok choy
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions:

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil
  2. And rice vinegar in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Stir fry veggies
  4. Add sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes until sauce starts to thicken
