Really good stir fry
Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli
1 cup bok choy
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup zucchini
1/2 cup onion
1 cup mushrooms
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 clove garlic
Directions:
1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil
2. and rice vinegar in a bowl and set aside.
3. Stir fry veggies
4. add sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes until sauce starts to thicken
