Chinese Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash than cut cucumber into 3 or four equal lenght or around 10 cms
  2. Lightly bruise them with knife, rub salt all over it and let it stand for 30 mins or until excess water comes out, drain well
  3. In a large container add soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar
  4. Garlic, fresh chilli pepper, tase, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving
