  1. Chop Zucchini
  2. Heat sesame in pan until golden brown.
  3. Add zucchini & onion.
  4. Add herb spice mix of choice
  5. Cook until zucchini turn bright yellow & onions are translucent & brown
  6. Let cool 30-60 seconds
