Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. After prep and cooking of potaotes, put aside but keep warm.
  2. Slice onions into rings, then into halves. Place into a pre-heated pan that is coated with oil.
  3. Cook until lightly golden.
  4. Add thinly sliced pepper to onions and continue cooking until pepper is softened.
  5. Combine onion/pepper mixture with potatoes.
  6. Fold in the salsa and fill shells.
  7. Top with cheese, lettuce and our cream.
  8. * To cut calories, just pile onto a lettuce leaf, fold up and enjoy!
