Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken in large pot.
  2. When cooked, shred.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté onion until transparent about 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken and sauté another 5 minutes.
  5. In a blender blend desired amount of tomatoes and chipotle peppers until smooth
  6. Pour mixture into skillet and simmer about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve on tostadas and top with sour cream and lettuce.
