Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the orange juice, oil, thyme, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Place the salmon in a large resealable bag or glass dish.
  3. Add the marinade and turn to coat well.
  4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade.
  6. Discard any remaining marinade.
  7. Broil 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
