  1. Defrost spinach and squeeze out excess liquid.
  2. Mix in eggs, bread crumbs, cheeses and seasoning.
  3. Stuff into Mushroom caps.
  4. Place caps on non- stick cookie sheet, Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
