  1. Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add mushrooms and orange sections and mix.
  3. Add cheese and almonds and mix.
  4. Add Mrs. Dash's seasoning and mix.
  5. Add dressing and mix well.
  6. Put in refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving to chill.
