Spinach Balls With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Shape into 1-inch balls, cover, refrigerate or freeze until ready to bake.
  3. Preheat oven to 350.
  4. Set balls on ungreased baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with mustard sauce.
  6. MUSTARD SAUCE: Mix together; adjust mustard to taste.
