Spinach and Cheese Linguini

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add 1/2 garlic, italian seasoning and flour.
  3. Stir in milk.
  4. Cook over low heat until thickened.
  5. Boil linguini, drain.
  6. Toss pasta with sauce, spinach, cheese and remaining garlic.
