Spicy Vegarian Hash

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup mushroom
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp savory
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Chop everything finely.
  2. Heat pan and put in oil.
  3. Saute everthing exept the eggs.
  4. Crack the eggs and drop them on top of the mixture.
  5. Let eggs steam in mixture without touching until cooked to desired texture.
