Spicy Hash Brown

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
  3. Add potatoes; stir well to coat.
  4. Place potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
