Spicy Sweet Potato And Carrot Wedges

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into large wedges. Peel the carrots and cut in half widthways, then into quarters lenthways.
  3. Par boil the vegetables for about a minute (no longer!).
  4. Drain the vegetables and mix witht he oil, seasonings and sugar. Toss all the ingredients together.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the ends of the carrots start to go dark brown and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately. Enjoy, comment and rate!
