Spicy Stir Fry French Fries

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle cornstarch on the raw french fries.
  2. Toss to coat.
  3. Heat oil in a wok/frypan.
  4. Fry the cornstarch coated french fries till nice and crisp.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. In a bowl, mix together the chilli sauce, honey, vinegar, soya sauce and salt.
  7. Keep aside.
  8. Reomve all, but 2 tblsps, of the oil from the wok/frypan and put it back on the burner.
  9. Heat the oil.
  10. Add spring onions and green pepper and cook them for barely 30 secs.
  11. Pour in the chilli sauce mixture.
  12. Give it a few turns and add the cornstarch coated french fries.
  13. Toss to coat the fries with the sauce.
  14. Remove from fire.
  15. Serve immediately.
