Spicy Steam Stir Fried Green Beans

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash, trim, dry and prepare green beans
  2. Put 1 tbs of oil in pan, heat on med low heat
  3. Add garlic and ginger, fry 2 mins, do not burn
  4. Add green beans, fry about 5 mins on med heat
  5. Add 1/8 cup of water, put lid on a let steam for few mins
  6. Add soy sauce, garlic powder,onion powder, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes, to taste, cook with lid off until sauce thickens a little and beans are tender crisp.
