Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
  3. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead until well mixed and shape into an 8 inch (or so) loaf.
  5. Lay out a fairly large sheet of aluminum foil, place the loaf in the center, and wrap foil around loaf lengthwise, twisting the ends to form a sausage link-like loaf.
  6. Steam loaf (still wrapped in foil) for 30-45 mins (see note in description).
  7. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  8. Place loaf (still wrapped foil) on a baking sheet or in a pan and bake for 30-45 mins (see note in description).
  9. Remove, unwrap, let cool, and enjoy!
