Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten flour
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk wet ingredients until mixed well.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet. mix well, then knead for several minutes.
  5. Form into a log shape and wrap in foil, tightly twisting the ends.
  6. Bake for 90 minutes and enjoy as you wish.
