Spicy Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1-lb lean grounb beef
  • 4- cups water
  • 2-lg russett potatoes, cubed
  • 2- tsp salt
  • 2 (8-oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1- tsp pepper
  • 1/2- tsp la hot sauce

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, brown ground beef.
  2. Drain and crumble.
  3. Add back to pot with potatoes, onion and tomato sauce.
  4. Stir in water, salt, pepper and hot sauce; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the potatoes ar tender and the soup has thickened.
