Ingredients:

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and spoon into small dish.
  2. Smash with a fork untill smooth.
  3. Put in cayenne pepper, stir.
  4. Add salt and pepper, optional.
