Spicy Chicken Heart Veggie Barley Soup

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken heart
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1/3 cup barley
  • 1 tbsp pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Boil water with chicken bouillon.
  2. Add vegetables, chicken hearts, and spices.
  3. Boil 5 minutes.
  4. Add barley.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes.
