Spicy Baked New Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Boil quartered potatoes for 15 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Place the potatoes in a large zip-lock bag.
  5. Add the oil, Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend and kosher salt (if using).
  6. Shake until all the potatoes are coated.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until tender and nicely browned.
