Spiced Cranberry Wheat Bread Abm

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. . In bread machine pan, place the first 10 ingredients in order
  2. Suggested by manufacturer.
  3. Select whole grain bread setting.
  4. Choose crust color and 2 lb loaf setting if available.
  5. . Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5
  6. Min of mixing; add 1 - 2 Tbsp of water or flour if needed).
  7. Just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal
  8. This), add cranberries and orange peel.
  9. Makes 1 loaf, (2 lbs, 16 slices)
