Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 cup dried cranberries
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
Directions:
1. . In bread machine pan, place the first 10 ingredients in order
2. suggested by manufacturer.
3. Select whole grain bread setting.
4. Choose crust color and 2 lb loaf setting if available.
5. . Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5
6. min of mixing; add 1 - 2 Tbsp of water or flour if needed).
7. Just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal
8. this), add cranberries and orange peel.
9. Makes 1 loaf, (2 lbs, 16 slices)
