Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 250 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry spare ribs.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together.
  4. Rub spare ribs with dry rub.
  5. Place in oven for 5 hours.
  6. If pan is dry (no drippings) add 1/2 cup of water to bottom.
  7. Turn over and cook another 1 hours till fork tender.
  8. No basting is required.
  9. Optional - BBQ Sauce and additional cooking.
  10. During slow cooking of ribs make BBQ sauce ingredients and chill over night.
  11. Remove ribs and chill over night.
  12. Coat chilled ribs with sauce.
  13. Prepare medium heat grill.
  14. Place coated ribs for 2 minutes each side indirect heat or perimeter heat.
