Spam and Onion Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) can spam
  • 1 small onion
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Cut spam into 8 slices, cut onion into 4 slices.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, add sliced onion.
  3. Cook about 5 minutes.
  4. Add spam to pan, fry till lightly brown.
  5. Serve on bread with mustard.
