Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat pot to medium temp and add olive oil. Add onion and brown, add chopped garlic about 1 min before removing from heat.
  2. Remove half of the mixture and place in a medium mixing bowel, set aside.
  3. Add canned tomatoes (diced and crushed) to the pan with the garlic and onion. Season to taste with Italin Seasoning and salt. Let heat on medium while making other parts of recipie.
  4. Add ground beef to mixing bowl with the garlic and onion. Add in eggs and bread crumbs. Combine until well mixed. Add any additional seasonings as desired. Shape into small ball shapes using a cookie scoop. Place on sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 35 min or until cooked through.
  5. Cut squash in half and place in a 13x9 in cake pan and add water to just covere half way up. Bake at 375 degress for 35 min. Remove from oven and let cool on counter. Once cool use fork and scrape against the grain to get spaghetti like strands.
  6. Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
  7. Mix all together and serve.
