  • 1/6 cup brown rice
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/6 cup avacado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato
  • 1 tbsp cilantro

Directions:

  1. Eat it. You can add cheese if you like as well as salsa and plain yoghurt.
