Spinach Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp skim milk
  • cooking spray
  • 1 -2 tbsp salt , pepper , turmeric , etc

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
  2. Chop Garlic and 1 Tomato.
  3. Spray skillet with Pam
  4. Cook Garlic and Tomato.
  5. Add Spinach, cook until wilted.
  6. In another Bowl, combine Eggs + Whites + Milk + Seasonings.
  7. Add to Spinach Tomato Mixture.
  8. Stir so everything looks distributed.
  9. Slice Second Tomato into 4 circles and place on top.
  10. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes, then Broil for about 3-5.
  11. Let cool and enjoy!
