Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread refried beans on large plate. I use a round casserole dish.
  2. Mash avocados in a separate bowl. Add lemon juice & pepper.
  3. Mix well and then spread over refried beans.
  4. Combine sour cream & taco seasoning. Spread over refried bean mixture.
  5. Top with tomatoes, onions & cheese.
  6. Serve with your favorite tortilla chip.
