Southern Sweet Potato Bread With Pecans

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Generally grease a loaf pan.
  3. In medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Add eggs, oil and milk and mix until well blended.
  5. Stir in mashed sweet potatoes, pecans and golden raisins then pour batter into prepared pan and bake 70 minutes.
  6. Allow bread to cool in pan at least 15 minutes before removing.
