Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil in large pot until desired doneness is reached; drain and let cool.
  3. Once the potatoes are cooled mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Adjust mayonnaise, mustard and spices to taste.
  5. Refrigerate until cool and serve.
