Mammaw's Southern Style Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until they are tender but firm, do not over cook or the salad will be like mashed potatoes.
  2. Drain potatoes immediately and let them cool completely.
  3. Add (to the cooled potatoes) all other ingredients.
  4. Toss lightly until thoroughly mixed making sure not to mash the potatoes.
  5. Top the salad with the sliced eggs and sprinkle with Paprika.
  6. We love it while it's still warm.
  7. Refrigerate if you like it cold for 2 hours.
  8. Enjoy!
