Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 325°.
  2. Spray 13x9 glass dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Toss chiles and baking mix, then spread evenly onto bottom of dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. In a large bowl, beat remaining ingredients, and pour over cheese.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until light brown.
