Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup melted honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Brown chops in microwave, cut off any fat.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
