Smoky Corn and Potato Chowder

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Coarsely chop potatoes and set aside (one can of whole new potatoes can be substituted to save time).
  3. Cook sausage, if not already, and slice into small peices.
  4. Stir milk into creamed corn in large saucepan.
  5. Add sausage, potatoes and whole kernel corn.
  6. Heat through, stirring occassionally.
  7. Stir in both kinds of cheese until melted.
  8. Garnish with green onion slivers, if desired.
