Creamy Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 2 (14 3/4 oz) cans creamed corn
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter until tender.
  2. Add potatoes and water.
  3. Cook, stirring frequently until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add corn, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Heat through, but do not boil.
