Slow Simmered Sweet and  Sour Kielbasa

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs kielbasa
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except kielbasa) and bring to a boil in a large saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut kielbasa into 1/4-inch slices. Stir into sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for approximately 1 hour.
